GDT: Wings vs. Coyotes

After defeating the Colorado Avalanche two nights ago in Denver, 4-2, the Detroit Red Wings (28-7-3) head into Phoenix on a three game winning streak. Detroit has won their last 13 of 15 games and lead the league with 59 points (5 points ahead Ottawa, the second closest team in either conference). The Phoenix Coyotes (17-17-1) lost Thursday at home only furthering their problems at Jobbing.com Arena as they have a league-worst 5-9-1 record at home.

Chris Osgood will get the start in goal for Detroit. The Wings are still missing three players due to injury: Henrik Zetterberg (back spasms), Tomas Holmstrom (knee), and Kirk Maltby (sore lower back).

The game will be shown on FSN Detroit at 9pm. Go Wings!
