Merry Christmas!

I just wanted to wish all the WIM readers out there a very merry Christmas! If anyone got any cool hockey gifts for Christmas this year, let me know in the comment section! I'm hoping to land a Marian Hossa Winter Classic jersey so we'll see if my parents got it for me!

As you'd probably expect, posting may be a bit light over the next few days outside of any game threads or recaps due to the holidays. But don't be worried, both Joe and I will be at the Winter Classic game and now that I have an iPhone, we can send in pictures and comments on the action via a Twitter feed that we'll put in the respective game thread post.

If you have anything you'd like to see for the game, please let us know!

Merry Christmas! no red wings stuff for me but i got lots of CDs and some money i could use to buy a jersey maybe next year… looking for a Hossa one too, but waiting to see if Kenny will be able to re-sign him first ;) if not probably a Hudler or Kopecky jersey, will see :))

Makes sense.

I wouldn’t buy a regular Hossa jersey, but I figured since the Winter Classic happened in the one season he for sure was with us, it’d be okay. :)

A Hudler jersey would be nice – he’s about to get his 100th career point and I believe he’s two points shy from breaking his personal best. He’s having a great season for just averaging 13-14 minutes per game!
