Red Wings vs. Anaheim in Round 2

Well looks like the Wings got a tough match up for Round 2. If the regular season is any indicator the Wings should fair well versus Anaheim.

Oct. 29 Detroit @ Anaheim. Wings lost 5-4 in OT

Dec.01 Anaheim @ Detroit. Wings won 2-1.

Jan.14 Detroit @ Anaheim. Wings won 4-3.

Feb.20 Anaheum @ Detroit. Wings won 5-2.

Unfortunately this is no longer the regular season and these are some scary Ducks. They seem to be firing on all cylinders but hopefully with the rest the Wings have had, they can clip these Ducks wings.

Redwings should be able to handle the ducks even though Hiller is on fire but he didnt have homer and a mule in front of him like he will when The Wings entertain those duck!
Jumbo Joe was a non-factor (again) but Pav and Hank will give hiller and the ducks more than they can handle,Wings in 6

anaheim vs detriot

I am a Ducks fan and was really happy to see them beat San Jose, but being a realist I don’t believe they will beat Detroit, maybe a game or two at best.

Just finished writing my series preview

Looks to be quite an interesting series as these Ducks are no 8th place team. They will need to stay out of the box and do have the experience necessary to beat the Wings although I expect that the Wings will win in 6. I just think that they have too balanced an attack to lose this series.
