Rafalski may play in Game 6

Key word there being may. Ansar Khan of MLive.com reports that defenseman Brian Rafalski is a game-time decision for Game 6. He skated about 25 minutes with the Black Aces on Sunday before the game and then skated even longer than that on Monday. However, Sunday was the first time he practiced in 12 days. He played in the entire first round against Columbus, but then suffered an undisclosed upper-body injury before the start of Round 2 and has not played yet in this series.

If I had to guess, I would say that Rafalski will not play Tuesday night. He hasn't had a chance to practice much and the Wings don't need him yet. I'd rather have him healthier and good-to-go IF a Game 7 was needed than have him not all there and perhaps more worn out for a Game 7. Derek Meech will be taken out of the lineup to make room for Rafalski should he be good to go.

Kris Draper is still out of the lineup with an undisclosed upper-body injury.

Unfortunately, defenseman Jonathan Ericsson suffered an injury in Game 5 when he took a shot off of his foot. He did not practice on Monday, but is expected to play on Tuesday.

Sincere application for temporary membership as a Canucks fan

Let me introduce myself….
I posted here before the playoffs started and wanted a nucks-wings playoff match

Sadly the much hated Hawks killed that last night……being a HOCKEY fan just a tad more then a “canuck” fan i feel i must now join a winner as i watch the rest of the playoffs

Just a little about me…..i have been a canucks fan since the late 70s…..as a kid in Thunder Bay,Ontario i somehow picked the canucks as a favorite team (i STILL cant explain why lol) but over the years the Nucks sank their teeth deeper into my heart and last night pulled away FAST…..im in pain

Ok,the reason for my formal application is this…….over the last couple weeks i have been banned by Second City for posting at their site my thoughts……AND even at Nucks Misconduct for posting AT Hawks fans who wandered over…….in my opinion i never crossed the line,they will say otherwise though

This is my first year at following teams at sites like this and while i will NEVER say “im sorry” to EITHER site…..its awesome watching a game and being able to post with other fans…..Second City dont like me,but they are pretty cool,Nucks Misconduct are AWESOME and im sure will understand next season i will be back if they have me

So to sum up…..if you want a “Hawks Hater” but also someone who loves the game and wants to interact for another month……please take my “banned” status into account
