TV Schedule for Cup Finals

PrintNo rest for the weary. Both teams are banged up and could use a little time off but nevertheless the Stanley Cup Finals begin on Saturday. The kicker is the lack of time off following Game 1 as they take to the ice again on Sunday. Here is the complete schedule of games and TV listing:

97.1 just confirmed the reason for the back-to-back games...
The stated that NBC doesn’t want to time and length of the game to conflict with Conan O’brien’s first show as the host of the Tonight Show. LOL…what a bunch of bull crap.
no FSN?
Is FSN going to have the SCF games? I thought they did last year, after 2nd/3rd exclusives for Versus. Is my memory that bad?
While I’m commenting, for those in Detroit area that get CBC, does anybody get it in HD, and if not is your picture quality TERRIBLE? I mean it’s like watching those old grainy video clips of hockey from the 60s.
