Goodbye Mr. Nossa

see ya

Star-divide

To all the Red Wings fans out there who are disappointed in losing Marian, I say to you: "Its no biggie, We will be fine.  The Red Wings will be better, now that he is gone.  Trust me, We will be one of the best teams, if not the Best team of the regular season, and we will be one of the Top seeds in the Western Conference, and We will have a great Playoff run."

All of this, without Mr. Nossa.  Dont get me wrong, Marian is a great player, and did a great job for us in the regular season.  He produced 40 goals for Gods sake.  But, if you are a true blue Red Wings fan, you will have noticed that Our boys in RED were a little off this past season, in more ways then one.

Even thought our Power Play was tops in the league, our Penalty Kill was REDICULOUS.  Our Defense, which for the last ten years has been in the top 5, was HORRIBLE.  I know you cant blame anything on one player, and Im not trying to say it was just Marian, but it just seemed that we were not the same while he was here.

As for the Playoffs(hence the name NOSSA):  HE DID NOT SHOW UP.  Being a great player means stepping up at the right times.  Producing when needed most.  Taking a hit, and giving hits like a Hockey Player should.

I just dont think he was or is(whichever) a good fit for the DETROIT RED WINGS.  We will be just as good, if not better without him.  We have at least nine core guys on our team that are SPECTACULAR players.

Sorry Marian, one years is all we need from you.  I wish you well with the Blackhawks, and it will be fun to beat you in the regular season.  After all, dont they always say, if you want to go to the Finals, you have to go throught DETROIT.
