NBC Announcers actually nice to the RW?

Ok, was it a fluke or is it because the RW are the underdog... I was surprised by the fairness from the NBC crew on how they talked about each team. They even gave kudos to Detroit for staying in the playoff hunt. Maybe it was because Detroit was not playing Pittsburgh and they could not extohl the vitues of Sid (I am not going to open this can of worms.). I was pleasantly surprised. I did not want to watch the game mainly because of the biased NBC announcers, but I am glad I did. Now I am not going to give them high marks because I did not get to see the Eaves goal in real time due to NBC being on a commercial...

They weren’t at comercial, they were showing replays of previous action, and it was Stoopid.

They were still swooning over Toews, etc.

I felt like they were going to say he just cured cancer. Or that after the game the Hawks will sit around and find a way to undo the disaster in Haiti.

Still not as bad as w/ Sid

It was better than I thought it would be. I could leave the sound on… And gasp, I like the Hawks. I still think the Hawks will have to go through RW country in order to make the finals though… This game proved this for me. Can’t wait for the RW to get healthy.
