You "like" us? You really "like" us?
If you're like me, you probably spend too much time on Facebook. Even if you're not like me, you still probably check your Facebook a few times a week. So while you're on there, why not get updates from WIM as to when game threads post or when we pump out a new post? During the upcoming season we're going to try implementing facebook as much as possible to draw folks in for the game threads and discussions in general.
For those of you wondering "why?" as to "liking" us on Facebook, well think of it this way. Say you don't have a Twitter account but still want to know when new posts are published as they are published. Say you do have a Twitter, it's another way of following the posts and keep up with the shenanigans.
Simply put, we want to make this the best community for Red Wings game threads and discussion and Facebook is one of the best avenues for us to do this through. So if you could take the time out of your day to click two things that would be much appreciated and help us to grow.

I like it.
I will like you, even though I probably haven’t met you. I try to make it up to the Joe for at least 4-7 games a year, and I also go to a few wings games when they play the Jackets. I live in NW Ohio (Put-in-Bay Area) so it’s tough. But when I go to the games I ALWAYS go to Hockeytown Cafe. So If you see a 26 year old guy wearin a Filppula jersey chances are it’s probably me so stop by and say hi, if im not in a bad mood I’ll prolly buy you a drink. Cheers.
Is there
any possibilities to a WIM meet up this year?… It would be cool to do a hockeytown cafe meet up for a weekend game later in the season.
I’m looking into it, it’d probably be sometime from January on. It’s hard for me with school and being oh…10.5 hours away and I know JJ is in Kansas (No, really?!)
But that’s actually something that would be a good post to poll folks on.
Aside from H2H2, I didn’t have plans to make it out to Detroit for another game. We might be able to combine the two ideas, since H2H2 will be huge.
