I really don't have an opinion on this, because I really didn't see the hit very well, and the Fox Sports Midwest replay we were stuck with here in KC (obviously) didn't show it well nor did the Blues announcers (though I love Darren Pang's analysis) discuss it at all.
Third period, I believe shortly after the 4 goal binge, it looked like Kronwall was standing still and got blindsided with a elbow / head shot. I don't know who it was, and as I said - three words, blindsided, head shot. So was it a suspendable hit?? I know there was no penalty called, I'm not sure the official was looking either, but regardless, if the League is trying to take those hits out of the game....
You get my drift. Opinions??
