The Red Wings come back home to Joe Louis Arena after a three-game trip to Western Canada. Detroit took 4 of 6 points in the trip, dropping the last game of the trip to the Vancouver Canucks. The Red Wings will welcome Brian Rafalski back to the line-up tonight after extended absence following arthroscopic knee surgery. Jiri Hudler will start on the fourth line again, this time in place of Drew Miller. Hudler has drawn some ire from fans for his lack of production to this point so will he quiet them with a good night or fuel the fire?
