Canadiens owner addresses coaching controversy | ProHockeyTalk
Part of me wants to remind French-Canadians that this story is part of the reason we don't like them, but the fact of the matter is that they speak French there and a coach who doesn't speak the native language is harder to identify with. Montreal fans are what's important to the Habs, not the opinions of some jerk in the U.S. They should go for the best possible coach, but that guy should at least show a willingness to learn the local language.

Sedin denies Sweden tanked game in 2006 Olympics | ProHockeyTalk
This story is going to get huge in the Canadian media for a bit while Hockey Sweden decides what to about Forsberg hinting maybe they intentionally tanked a game to get a favorable draw. You know what? Maybe if world rankings weren't a joke, these things wouldn't happen.

Roy: "I would listen if the Canadiens called" | TSN

Sharks blueline not producing as expected offensively, but a resurgence could be on the way - Fear The Fin
The Sharks blueline hasn't had much success offensively this season, but a healthier Dan Boyle and strong shot totals from the unit as a whole indicates some better production is on its way, which is scary.

Discussion: In the past 20 games, the 3rd and 4th lines have put up as many goals as Pavel Datsyuk, Henrik Zetterberg, and Johan Franzen combined. Which bottom six forward has been the most impressive so far and why (Guys like Eaves and Conner are eligible to be chosen even though they're injured at the moment)?

Let's Go Red Wings.
