Shea Weber wants to play for Detroit!
So last night I had a really weird and slighty funny dream... sorry if the title is a bit misleading, but according to my dream, Weber may want out of Nashville! i haven't even been thinking about all the weber talk, so I don't know where this dream came from, haha.. but here's how it went..
I was with the Red Wings team.. I don't know how many of them were there but I know Babcock was because I saw him. We were apparently on a farm in Nashville in some haystacks meeting with the whole Predators team.. The GM of the preds started off by saying that he'd be glad to talk about trades or signings when some of their players become free agents, but there's nothing they can do now. He then asked if there were any players we (the Red Wings) were interested in, and someone spoke up and mentioned Ryan Suter! I just happened to be sitting next to Suter and fairly close to Shea Weber as well. Suter immediately said he didn't want to go and wanted to stay in Nashville, and he simply wasn't going to leave. But then someone stood up and started complaining and saying that they wanted out of Nashville.. apparently it was Shea Weber's wife! haha, I don't even know if he's married or not, but she stood up beside Weber and started complaining about 2 things:
- the team goes on way too many camping trips
- the other predator team mates call Weber's house way too late at night and way too often
She was fed up.. So I look at Shea and he was just nodding his head and shaking it as if to say "the woman knows what she wants!" We shared a chuckle and left the meeting and then came the strange part.. People were taking pictures with someone, I think it was the Predators TV broadcaster, whoever that is.. until I got closer and noticed he wasn't the Predators announcer, he was Ron Burgandy from the Anchorman - and I got in the picture with the rest of the channel 4 news team. Man, did I feel special... but that's besides the point, lol..
So basically the moral of the story is - If the Wings cut down on their team camping trips and are fairly courteous as to the hours they call the Weber household, we could be in luck!
Shea Weber could soon be a Red Wings... oh boy!

That reminds me, I wanted to make a Fanpost entitled "Pavel Datsyuk Shot!"
Consisting of a long-winded discussion on why he likes to go top-glove side rather than five-hole.

"Johan Franzen, no Guts!"
No… he has never seen the old Nickelodeon show that was kind of like American Gladiators for kids.

Isn't it Holmstrom with the broken spine?
Except instead of Al Sobotka, it’s Chris Pronger that takes him for a spin.
Jonathan Ericsson Braindead!
Oh…what’s that you say? He really is? Well then…
Nicklas Lidstrom Retires!
