Pretty self-explanatory.  Got me thinking in the whole Commodore thing.  22 is obviously special to him.  So, if you were an NHLer, what would your number be, and why?

Myself, I'm a goalie, so I'd go with 31.  No special sentiment or reasoning behind it.  I just think it looks better than other numbers.  If I had to write down 5 numbers from which to choose (which happens, according to Justin Bourne's blog on PD), I'd go with, in order of desire:

31 --> 40 --> 49 --> 1 --> 30
