Ok Fantasy Hockey Gurus! This is my first time ever doing fantasy hockey ( or any other sport for that matter). I'm not going to be available for a live draft, so I'm trying to set up a pre-draft ranking system; which if I understand correctly will still allow me some say in which players I get and would allow me to make sure that others never stink up my team with their repulsiveness. I have come across a question that I haven't been able to find a clear answer to, and I'm hoping you knowledgeable ladies and gentlemen may be able to clear up for me.

Is there any specific draft order for positions? For example, do forwards get drafted before d-men or Goalies?I've found the listing of how many of each position the roster will have, but nothing indicating if there's an order for position drafting.

I am also thinking that this might be a helpful thread for those of us who have never done fantasy sports before, and I remember from previous comments that there were quite a few. So if anyone else has questions or answers, please feel free to post them here and maybe we can help each other out. I'm of course not suggesting anyone give away their secrets ( although if you want to share, by all means feel free); but for us newbies, I think any information would be helpful. I've been reading through the info pages on Yahoo but there have been a few things I've yet to find answers to.
