As pointed out by commenter PavelsBabbles in today's Quick Hits and verified with Travis Hughes of Broad Street Hockey, the Red WIngs/Flyers game will be available streaming from the Flyers' website tonight and tomorrow.
Links will not become active until later, but we will provide those when they become available.
From the Flyers' website:
Two of next week’s preseason games will be televised in the Philadelphia area. The Comcast Network will also televise Monday’s game against the Rangers, and the September 29 game against New Jersey will be carried on Comcast SportsNet. Philadelphiaflyers.com will feature a video webcast of the three other non-televised preseason games – tonight’s, tomorrow at Detroit and Oct. 1 at New Jersey. Additionally, all seven preseason games will be aired on the radio on 610 WIP.
[Update: Whispers abound that this is going to be limited by IP addresses and if you're not in the right geographical location, you won't get the feed]
