Penalties Committed Vs. Penalties Drawn (And Some Shorthanded Stats)

As many of you are aware JJ and I have been working on a new NHL stats system.  During the course of development I have made an effort to try to incorporate as much information as possible into the system.  

I wanted to examine two things that we can calculate that I don't think are available anywhere else.  The first is PIM Drawn in addition to PIM Committed.  Also, I wanted to look at players who play on the PK what is their  minutes spent on PK /  net goals (SH goals allowed - SH goals scored)
