No Suspension for Zetterberg
According to TSN's Darren Dreger, via Kukla, there will be no supplemental discipline for Henrik Zetterberg. The league believes there was no intended shove from Hank and it was an unfortunate accident.

2011 what a disappointment

Not really surprised, but then again I am.
I was in the zam bay watching it and I cringed watching it full speed. Admittedly, I had to watch it on replay in order to really see what happened. After watching the replay a couple times, I figured he’d get a “slap on the wrist” suspension of 1-2 games, just as a preemptive strike kinda thing. A way to say “You fucked up and you better not do it again.” I’m very glad he didn’t get suspended, as there is no way Hank meant to do that. You could see the look on his face was immediately disappointment and concern for Nikitin. Glad to hear he’s not going to be suspended, but I wouldn’t have been mad if he had been.
Tough to suspend a guy for driving someone into the boards when that someone falls backwards instead of forward.
Fan of the Detroit Tigers, Lions and Red Wings.
Good call shanny
