Chicago's had a lot of success this year and in recent years
Whereas Carolina is in the middle of rebuilding/being the worst team in the east. They take a lot more out of a beatdown of a divisional team (and thus have cause to salute the diehard fans who still support them) than Chicago does barely squeaking out a win, albeit against the Wings.
