Shea Weber's $2,500 fine for trying to punch Henrik Zetterberg in the base of the skull and then grabbing his head and smashing it into the glass, breaking his helmet in the process, is the same amount any NHL player pays to the state of TN for the privilege of playing hockey (up to three times a year) in that state.
