So this series is still going on and it appears as though the team on the verge of winning the cup is in the one in trouble. At least we get more hockey.
New Jersey Devils (6) vs. Los Angeles Kings (8) - 8:00 EST NBC: On Saturday, the Devils were actually able to jump out to a first period lead thanks to a puck-handling gaffe by Jonathan Quick and some good forechecking work by Zach Parise. LA tied it up in the 2nd, but a screened and deflected point shot got past the Kings' netminder midway through the 2nd and that's all she wrote on the scoreboard. The two teams traded momentum well in that one. It would have been just as easy to say either team deserved to win. That said, New Jersey deserved to win Game 5. Let's see how Game 6 goes.
