Hockey is over and the Kings are your Stanley Cup Champions. What an impressive run for an 8-seed. The Kings went 16-4, losing only one game on the road in the entire playoffs.
Dustin Brown becomes only the 2nd U.S.-born captain to raise the cup over his head while Jonathan Quick becomes the 2nd straight U.S.-born goaltender to win the Conn Smythe. The offseason has officially arrived all over hockey. It's a bittersweet moment.
I'm getting verklempt. Talk amongst yourselves. I'll give you a topic.
