Would it make any sense to throw out an offer sheet for Ryan O'Reilly? I think this kid has a good future and I would love to piss the Avalanche off again. Dont know what kind of comps would need to be thrown back the other way but when PK was in this pickle we were asking the same thing about offer sheets. Yes, we need defense but after we pick up O'Reilly we could always tap into our deep forward pool for a trade. We all know Cleary and Bertuzzi are gone next year...right?
