It started off great last night, but how important is getting 8 points this week? If you look at the schedule we have a lot of games on the road and against playoff teams to close out the season so its an understatement that wins against non-playoff teams are of the utmost importance.

Also, correct me if I am wrong but I think that its a league rule that no team that looses to Columbus more than twice in a given season can make the playoffs.

This could probably be extended to the first 2 games of the road swing (Edmonton, Calgary), but the home game against the world juniors all-stars and the home and home against CBJ are critical if we want to make the playoffs.
