Alright, to get this debate started, I'm going to say that my personal opinion is that we shouldn't be buyers. We should be sellers. Trading Quincey, Samuelsson, Bertuzzi, Cleary, Kindl and Gustsvsson would be ideal. As many as we can give up. Nyqvist I think is very clearly ready to be our goal scorer, so we don't need to trade for one. I actually said something when he scored his goal earlier about how he might catch up to Gretzkys goal streak. I almost wouldn't be surprised if he gets 40 goals this year. Including the Olympics, 50. He's already almost halfway there. We don't need Gaborik or Vaneks cap hit, and we certainly don't need to trade any youngsters. Sheahan has surprised me, Jurco has used his time well, Goose, and Tatar Tot Sauce have dominated this season, etc. If we were to trade FOR somebody, I would make it a Veteran Defenseman who can stay healthy that has a cap hit no higher than 3-4 mill. By Veteran, I mean somebody who has won a playoff series. Doesn't necessarily have to be a cup, but that would be preferred. Alright, well let's year what you have to say!
