GDT: Wings vs. Predators [Game #6]

The Wings have a chance to finish this series off this afternoon in Nashville at the Sommet Center in Game #6 of the first round of the playoffs.

Nashville will be without Jason Arnott, again, because those flu-like symptoms he experienced resulting in his absence for Game #5 were actually symptoms for a concussion. He likely won't be able to play for Game #7, if there was a need for one, either. David Legwand may play, but that will be decided after the pre-game skate. And with the loss of Scott Nichol in Game #1, this team is really missing their top forwards. They'll need a loud crowd and goalie Dan Ellis to play another amazing game if they have a shot at Game #7 in Detroit.

Detroit is only missing Kirk Maltby with a hamstring injury and if there was a Game #7, he might be ready to play. The Wings have a few players playing injured, but at least they are able to play in the game. Chris Osgood will get the start in net.

The game starts at 3pm (EST) and will be shown on NBC and CBC. GO WINGS!!
