The Wings travel from Los Angeles to... also kind of Los Angeles when they invade the Duck Pond in Anaheim tonight for their second game of the season against the Ducks. Perry, Getzlaf, and company came into the Joe on November 5th and served as the team to end the Wings' six-game losing streak. This time, Detroit is coming off a win, but still needs to beat the Ducks as something to prove and to salvage four out of a possible eight points on their road trip.
Anaheim is dead last in the league for goals-per-game at 2.00. They are a team with more offensive talent than that (although they do lack depth). The key will be shutting down their struggling stars and letting our line depth roll over them.
Comment away and let's go Red Wings!
