Detroit flies into Nashville to meet a relatively rested Predators squad looking to try to end a four-game losing streak. Hopefully, the Wings will be able to overcome the zero goals they scored last night against Columbus and spoil that plan. Nashville has had an up-and-down season this year, but remain three points ahead of Chicago for 2nd in the Central. They're currently seven points behind the Wings for the division lead with one more game played and will no doubt play Detroit tough tonight like they always do.

Joey MacDonald gets the start in net tonight against Pekka Rinne, he of the 2nd-highest save percentage in the league. Detroit still skates without Datsyuk, Holmstrom, Stuart, and Modano while Nashville is missing the contributions of Matthew Lombardi, Cal O'Reilly, Francis Bouillon, and Marek Svatos. Steve Sullivan makes his return to the Nashville lineup for the first time since December, when he aggravated his groin [ed: tee hee]

Lineup should look like this for the Wings:

Franzen-Zetterberg-Bertuzzi
Hudler-Filppula-Cleary
Draper-Helm-Eaves
Miller-Abdelkader-Mursak

Lidstrom-Kronwall
Ericsson-Rafalski
Kindl-Salei

MacDonald
