The Red Wings play game 3 of 5 in a homestand tonight against the Toronto Maple Leafs. The Red Wings have dropped the previous two home games against Pittsburgh and Vancouver and have lost 3 straight overall. Tonight they'll have another tough test on their hands as they battle a Toronto team that is fighting for the 8th spot in the Eastern Conference.
James Reimer will start in net for the Maple Leafs and the 23-year-old rookie has been a saving grace (no pun intended) for the Leafs this season and has picked up 17 wins on the year and is starting ahead of Jean-Sebastian Giguere. Jimmy Howard will start in net for the Red Wings after a tough 2-1 loss to Vancouver on Wednesday.
Oh, and tonight is the return of Brett Lebda to Detroit.
Puck drops at 7:00 PM ET and the game will air on FS-D. Comment away below and LET'S GO RED WINGS!
