I had no idea that Oates was the co-coach in Hershey. This is a really interesting concept. Not sure I'd want Mike Babcock coach the Griffins, but I guess it doesn't hurt spending time down in the AHL. Curious to see how it works for the Caps. The Wings could adopt the policy for the next lockout in 7 years.
