¡Buenas tardes WIIM!
Michelle has a case of the weekends and I'll be stepping in to provide some updates as the day goes by.
They are all completely juggled and something we're not used to seeing, but nevertheless, the lines from the Red Wings' morning skate will indeed stand.
Also, tonight is a special night at The Joe, for the Red Wings will be playing for breast cancer awareness. Jimmy Howard will don special pads and the crowd has been formally requested to wear as much pink as humanly possible to the game. It is a great cause and I encourage you all to get involved in some way at any level.

Contrary to what the morning skate stated, the Wings will not have to fear Scott Hartnell's hair as he will be back in Philadelphia tonight nursing an injury, along with "second line" center Vincent Lecavalier. The two will be replaced by Adirondack call ups Tye McGinn and Michael Raffl.
I wouldn't expect the Flyers to score that much, either.
Those 6 goals in five games is a Flyers franchise low; 9 in 1999-00 was previous. That team recovered and went to conf final with Big E

The offense will undoubtedly rest on the shoulders of Jakub Voracek and Claude Giroux, and they'll get a great opportunity to rebound against the young defense of the Red Wings. Giroux is pointless in five games (pun intended).
Here is the projected lineup for the Flyers tonight, though thanks to new head coach Craig Berube, these change faster than you can say "I don't know," or, "You can't do that."
Forwards
Tye McGinn | Claude Giroux | Jakub Voracek |
Michael Raffl | Brayden Schenn | Wayne Simmonds |
Matt Read | Sean Couturier | Maxime Talbot |
Zac Rinaldo | Adam Hall | Kris Newbury |
Defensemen
Kimmo Timonen | Luke Schenn |
Mark Streit | Andrej Meszaros |
Braydon Coburn | Nicklas Grossmann |
Goaltenders
Ray Emery (starting) |
Steve Mason |
A reminder that tonight's gamethread will be in two places. You can follow along in the comments on WIIM's game page as much as you would like (and I will be as well), or you can join us in a little experiment.
We've launched a new in-game live twitter feed that can be followed via the handle @WIIMGame.
That twitter feed will be manned by a select member of the staff for select games. Tonight is a test run and we want you to tweet at us. Complement us, chirp, or better yet, make fun of a select Flyers player and perhaps you can win a special prize at some point in the future, or you can just get the satisfaction of getting re-tweeted if your comment is funny.
The Tigers are playing the Red Sox tonight at 8 P.M. ET. I don't like the Red Sox or their stone-aged appearance.
Eat 'em up!
**UPDATE 4:17 PM ET: The Red Wings have signed Anthony Mantha to an entry-level contract. The deal will slide while he's in juniors. Details to come.
