It's military appreciation night in the Joe Louis Arena tonight as the Wings welcome the Devils into town. New Jersey played in St. Louis last night and dropped a 4-3 decision. Our old pal Damien Brunner was able to notch an assist on a Michael Ryder goal, but he's struggled to live up to the promise he was banking on when he went chasing the cash in the summer of 2013.
The other familiar face in Jersey is our old pal Jordin "Not a Defenseman" Tootoo. I'll admit, his time in Detroit made me a fan of his.
I hope his new team loses though. I don't like him THAT much.
