SB Nation 2014 NHL Playoff Bracket

It's a case of the Mondays.

Two more first-round series ended this weekend as the Hawks finished helping the Blues choke away another 2-0 series advantage and the Ducks quacked back from down two goals to beat the Stars in OT. We have four more series to decide before Round 2 can get underway and three of them could be decided tonight.

So that's all three series where I'm rooting for the home team to earn a seventh game in their first round matchup.

  • Columbus, I want to win the series outright because hahahaha fuck Pittsburgh.
  • Honestly, Minnesota got screwed in Game 5. If Adrian Dater's Karma is a real thing, the Wild should win tonight.
  • I don't care as much about Sharks/Kings, but SanJo was up 3-0 in this series and I think it would be funny to watch them collapse and lose the whole thing.

What are you rooting for tonight?
