There are obviously some concerns that arise when a project of this magnitude is undertaken, but overall, the arena is going to be a great thing for the city. I cannot wait until it is completed.

If they are going to return to Downtown Detroit within the next 20 years, this is probably the best opportunity for the team. Plus, the Pistons are so incredibly lackluster right now. A move back to Detroit could generate some much needed buzz for them.

At that price, Booth is a low-risk, high-reward type of player. While his time in Vancouver was nothing to write home about, he did have a couple of good seasons with the Panthers before being traded to the Canucks.
