I have a feeling that Babcock will not sign a new contract with the Wings until the season is over. I think that he wants to see what is out there, not because he does not want to coach the Wings anymore, but, because it is natural to want to explore new opportunities. My bet is that he re-signs, but, it will probably not happen before June, 2015.
Being better is generally speaking a good goal to have. In Frk's case, he needs to be much better than he was last season.
