I don’t know that this is really going to do any good, but in theory, the concept of getting tougher on teams who send players back out immediately after they’ve been concussed is a good one.

The explained “aggressive” approach is simply throwing more pucks at the net than they did last year and getting players in to try to get to the loose pucks that this havoc creates. At times, this is going to lead to a lot of easy clears when the timing is off, so part of what the Wings are going to need to make sure they have down is power play zone entries.
