The Red Wings are back in action tonight against the Chicago Blackhawks at the United Center in Chicago, Illinois. You know what that means... The return of Chelsea Dagger. Thankfully for most, there does not appear to be a way to watch the game on local broadcast in the Detroit market, so consider your ears spared! The Wings bludgeoned the Hawks in their last meeting 6-3, and look to make another (preseason) statement against their top rival. Here’s a look at the projected lineup for this evening’s game, which begins at 8:30 pm ET:

As you can see, Justin Abdelkader, Teemu Pulkkinen, and Alexey Marchenko will make their debuts tonight. I am real interested to see how Pulkkinen fares on that top line with Abdelkader and Larkin after spending much of the offseason nursing an injury. I am also curious as to whether his shot velocity will be the same after a shoulder injury. Additionally, Marchenko will be shouldering top-pair minutes alongside DeKeyser. That should make for an interesting pairing. I am really hoping that Marchenko can break out of his shell and provide some offense this season.
How to watch
Tonight’s game will be on NHL Network via CSNC broadcast. If you don’t have NHLN, then you’ll be without a way to watch, unfortunately. Unless, of course, you know how to internet. Puck-drop is at 8:30 pm ET.

This is Chicago’s last home game of the preseason, so they’ll also be sending out Duncan Keith, Brent Seabrook, and Brian Campbell in an NHLer-heavy lineup.
