Keys to the Game

Stop James Neal

James Neal is on pace for roughly a billion goals this season so we have to stop him, while simultaneously not letting any other Knights get going. With our defense being, to put it politely, three traffic cones, Mike Green, a VHS copy of the movie Armageddon and a bag of pucks with a mean face drawn on it, this will not be an easy task. Will it all be up to goaltending?

Probably.

Get the lead. Then hold onto it.

I, for one, am pretty thoroughly over third period dramatics and the season has barely started. We can get the lead, we know we can, but can we please not collapse like a bad soufflé once we have it? We have good pieces in our forwards and Mike Green the Assist Machine, take lots of shots and something will get past Fleury. No problem, right?
