Unsurprisingly the Wings didn’t skate today after last night’s game:

Meanwhile, the Flyers had a super-secret practice!

Keys to the Game
The only thing that’s consistent is the lack of consistency
My prediction for this game is throwing my hands up and shrugging. We could be bad, they could be bad, we could both be so bad that the puck just sits in the middle and everyone waves at it like in fooseball when none of the rows of guys can reach the ball. We could show a flash of brilliance like we have in rare games this season. The Flyers goaltending could shut things down, or ours could. It’s anyone’s game.
Momentum? I hardly knew him!
Before the Flyers met the Kings, they were on a 6 game win streak...which came after a 10 game losing streak. Will their loss be a bump in the road or the beginning of another losing streak? If you ask Blashill, I’m sure he’d say that all we have to do is want to win really a lot, more than the Flyers, and decide losing is actually quite bad, and we will be victorious.
Well, we’re one step ahead of the Flyers in that we don’t have to worry about things like win streaks. We just kind of go from horrific loss, to regular loss, to almost win, to bad loss, to a win, to more regular losses. Insert #DepressedZetterberg faces where appropriate.
The mute button exists
I don’t want to listen to NBCSN intermission jabber, I really don’t. And neither do you, so remember you can just not listen.
Let’s Go Red Wings!
P.S. No more penalties Larkin, not that you actually did anything wrong, but we need you killing penalties not killing us with penalties.
