In Red Wings Land
2020 Vision: What the Detroit Red Wings roster will look like in three years | The Hockey News
This offseason The Hockey News has been running a feature that tries to predict what each NHL team’s roster will look like at the start of the 2019-20 season. THN’s prediction of the Red Wings’ 2019-20 roster is a bit puzzling, especially in regards to the defense. Two of Detroit’s top defensive prospects, Vili Saarijarvi and Filip Hronek, are surprisingly omitted from the blue-line. Personally, I believe that both Saarijarvi and Hronek will see considerable ice-time before 2019-20.

Vegas strip club hosts Golden Knights viewing parties
As the old saying goes, “When in Rome, do as the Romans do.” In a promotional move not sanctioned by the Golden Knights, a local Las Vegas strip club will host viewing parties during the teams inaugural season.
During all NHL games, Crazy Horse III will offer $20 beer bucket specials. Throughout the season, guests with a game-day ticket stub to a home game will receive a complimentary drink. Sports fans can take in all the hockey action amidst the club’s massive 70-inch and 100-inch HD televisions.
They call it Sin City for a reason.
