Detroit will be looking to build off a loss in their season opener against Columbus on Thursday in which they got outplayed by the Jackets but scraped a point out on some promising stuff from their youngsters. LA comes in off their own season opening OT loss against the Sharks Friday night looking to not allow any goals for Niklas Kronwall off their own netting.
