The city of Detroit has until the first of May to officially begin the process of demolitioning Joe Louis Arena. For anyone who has been to the former/historic barn of the Red Wings, it’s a sad thought to say the least. Despite all the glitz and glamour of Little Caesars Arena, nothing will replace the memories forged in Hockeytown’s former hallowed home.
