In Red Wing Land
The Red Wings have had some amazing, Hall of Fame players in their franchise history, but who’s the best? The initial, obvious answer is Gordie Howe. You could make an argument for Steve Yzerman, Sergei Fedorov or Nicklas Lidstrom, but it’s probably going to be a losing argument.

If Brady Tkahcuk is available at #6, would you approve of Ken Holland & co. taking the winger from Boston University? We know the team could really use a top defenseman and you can never have too many good centers, but if it’s about taking the best player available, can you pass on Tkachuk? He seems to be rated pretty high by just about everyone out there. Of course, if he drops to #6 that could increase the chances of trading back in the draft with a team interested in grabbing him.
