Dylan Larkin Scores Two Goals In First Period for Grand Rapids Griffins

After playing a quietly dominant first game as a pro, Dylan Larkin opened up Grand Rapids’ first period of game two in the Calder Cup Western Conference Finals with two goals to make it 2-0 after 20 minutes.

His game has translated from the NCAA so far in the AHL. He simply makes everything move faster when he is on the ice. He is currently being juggled on the top lines by Jeff Blashill, both goals came from being paired with Anthony Mantha, who had a great effort on the first goal. Grand Rapids leads 4-0 after scoring two power play goals in the second period.
