We are getting ready to record Episode 63 of our NHL podcast “Fer Sure: A 200 Foot Podcast.” If you missed the last episode, you can catch up here.
For the last couple months, I’ve been working on getting Katie Strang back on the show. She was an amazing guest the first time, which is no surprise if you have read any of her articles. We were unable to make the timing work because of some big story she was working on. That story was published today, and it was a doozy.
As of now, the article is behind the Athletic paywall, but I imagine that they will take it out from behind the paywall in the near future.
It’s a really hard article to read, but I think it’s important to face that something like this could happen, and more importantly, people turned a blind eye.
IMPORTANT NOTE: As of right now, we aren’t 100% sure if we will be able to record with Katie for this upcoming episode. However, if we can’t record for this episode, we will record with her in the near future, likely for the next episode of Fer Sure. If that happens, we will come back to this mailbag for listener questions.
As a reminder, this isn’t a discussion post, and if people start answering the questions that other people ask, it can be difficult to fish through them when we’re recording. If you are asking a follow up question or something like that, it makes sense, but sometimes in the past, it’s turned into long back and forth comment threads.
