DETROIT, MICH — Gustav Nyquist’s OT game-winning goal against the Ottawa Senators on December 27th has won TSN’s Play of the Year after finishing second place behind Tomas Tatar last year.

The Swedish goal-scorer earned the right to call his goal the best by keeping the puck on a string in overtime, weaving around the Ottawa zone for 28 seconds, to which he then sniped it home past goalie Craig Anderson. I guess the question needs to be asked.. Which Red Wing will do it again next year?
