It’s been two weeks since we’ve been on the air talking about the draft and free agency. We’re really getting into the summer season, but that doesn’t mean we don’t have things to discuss. You can check out the episode in the player above. Here’s the outline:

1. Free Agency Frenzy!
Winners and losers
Were the Red Wings winners?
Mike Green chatter
Brad Richards chatter
How can Ken Holland make this work assuming everyone is healthy?

2. Development Camp
Who made an impression?
As of now, who are the Red Wings top prospects? Minus Dylan Larkin since he is an NHL forward

3. 2015-2016 Regular Season
Will there be any prospects making the team? If so, who?
Decoding the “logjam”
What are the expectations of Jeff Blashill as his first season as a head coach in the NHL?

4. Gustav Nyquist
He got a four-year extension worth $19 million.
How good is this contract? Ken Holland low-key just signed a back-to-back 20 goal scorer for under $5 million per year.
Is it sage to say that Nyquist is now to be considered a “core” player?

5. Defense
What needs to be done to make this a contending defense?
Obviously we acquired Mike Green, who instantly makes us better.. But what about the top-pair? Kronwall and Ericsson can’t remain a thing. Kronwall is getting older, and Ericsson is real bad. How do we fix this?

6. Reader Questions

If you missed it live, don’t worry, we always have episode audio available to download or stream almost immediately after the show’s end either embedded right hear or searchable on iTunes.

If you’ve got specific questions you’d like answered, leave them in the comments on this post, in the chat box on the Blogtalk Radio page once we go live, or hit us up on Twitter (@wingingitmotown). Thanks, and LGRW!
