Speaking of good things, Evgeny Svechnikov got into the lineup and scored a goal and an assist, giving the team a well-needed energy boost even….oh no. Oh no.
You didn’t see it on television, but after he got the assist, a force ghost projection of Givani Smith appeared next to him on the bench. “Whatever you do, do not fight! Don’t do it!” he said.
Wait. Positive. We scored a power play goal! That’s a thing that’s allowed to happen, apparently.
