BATTLE OF THE ATLANTIC. Or something. Whatever. Bonjourno. Welcome to notre maison, you poutine-eating buttheads.

Hey, let’s hockey. The last time we saw the Habs we got rocked pretty good. Fortunately for us, they are a bit of a different team right now with Carey Price and Brendan Gallagher injured. Still, a very good team. Also fortunately for us, they played the Bruins last night, so hopefully they’re tired and we’re well-rested.

The Wings have yet to call anyone up in response to the injuries of Drew Miller and Teemu Pulkkinen, so we can probably expect a similar lineup as we had against Washington on Tuesday. If the Red Wings are in the business of ever taking 1st in the division (they are), it’s important that they can leave tonight with two points against a banged up Montreal team.

The Habs are a pretty well-rounded team. Top-five in all categories, so hopefully we see some more chances on the man advantage than we did against the Capitals. The power-play is due to heat up sooner or later.

Even with all of the key injuries, the Habs still have a handful of talented players like Max Pacioretty, P.K. Subban, and Alex Galchenyuk. The Wings will certainly have their hands full against of the best teams in the league.
