NHL Playoffs Open Thread: Monday April 28th
It's a case of the Mondays.
Two more first-round series ended this weekend as the Hawks finished helping the Blues choke away another 2-0 series advantage and the Ducks quacked back from down two goals to beat the Stars in OT. We have four more series to decide before Round 2 can get underway and three of them could be decided tonight.
MONDAY APRIL 28, 2014
VISITING TEAM | HOME TEAM | TIME | NETWORK/RESULT | |
---|---|---|---|---|
| | 7:00 PM ET | CBC,RDS,NBCSN,ROOT,FS-O | Pit leads 3-2 |
| | 9:00 PM ET | TSN,CNBC,RDS2,ALT,FS-N | col leads 3-2 |
| | 10:00 PM ET | CBC,RDS,NBCSN,CSN-CA,PRIME | sjs leads 3-2 |
So that's all three series where I'm rooting for the home team to earn a seventh game in their first round matchup.
- Columbus, I want to win the series outright because hahahaha fuck Pittsburgh.
- Honestly, Minnesota got screwed in Game 5. If Adrian Dater's Karma is a real thing, the Wild should win tonight.
- I don't care as much about Sharks/Kings, but SanJo was up 3-0 in this series and I think it would be funny to watch them collapse and lose the whole thing.
What are you rooting for tonight?
