It's interesting to see a game 3 and a game 2 happening on the same night in the same round, but here we are. Pittsburgh tied their series against the Rangers yesterday with a solid 3-0 victory over a Rangers team that can't figure out how to score goals on the power play. The narrative says that the Rangers are exhausted as this is their sixth game in nine nights. I guess it's at least partially an excuse, but shit happens. New York needs to find a way to take advantage of the Penguins' mistakes and they didn't do that yesterday.
On the West Coast, the Kings were all set to lose game 1 until Marian Gaborik remembered that the Ducks sucked and single-handedly turned the game around, scoring with 7 seconds left to tie the game and then winning it in overtime. I think the Kings win this series, but I'd be kind of surprised if the Ducks didn't win tonight.
